just curious if anyone has gotten their hands on a razr yet and what they thought of it?

They are a 2008 model.........They come out in the fall 2007 ...Don'y they?????? ...Caper....

 

Caper, this is off topic but how do the sportsman 450s compare to a 400 or 500.

 

the razr doesnt have a release date until fall 07. but i wouldnt count on it being out before christmas

 

My local Polaris dealer (Houston) said 6 more months............

 

I can't compare the the 450 to the 400 or 500 due to that fact I never owned a 400 or 500...
But the 450 sportsman replaces the 400 and clams to have:
More H.P. than the 400 app. 15% increase
Higher top speed than the 400 A 10% increase.
Better acceleration than the 400 a 30% increase to 30 MPH.
New 450 engine.(that is 455 cc.)
Overall bigger and Badder.
Same Sportsman frame as the bigger ones
Towing CAP.of 1225 LBS
11" ground Clearance


The 500 Sportsman has been the stepping stone for Polaris and proven to stand up to the beating over the years....People that have them ...Like them alot....(my view).....maybe not others........
But I took the chance of buying two 450's in there first year and my wife and I love them!!!!!
Alot cheaper to fill up at the pumps comparied to snowmobiling.......Go most of the day on one tank!!!!

my dealer said end of march begining of april. he orderd 15

 

I thought they were only going to alotted a certain amount per dealer. One of my dealers is only able to get 3, and he has received 3 deposits. I think they will be a lot like the PT Cruiser, cool at first, then nobody will want one!
