banshee clutch adjustment

Default banshee clutch adjustment

how do you adjust your clutch if you are out of adjustment on the perch

Default banshee clutch adjustment

You can either take the clutch arm off the splines and re-position it, or you can adjust it with the threaded part of the end of the cable, where there is a nut on either side that pinch the bracket in between. To do it that way, just loosen both nuts and move both of them up/down the cable depending on which way you need it adjusted.

Default banshee clutch adjustment

The banshee clutch arm does not splines.You only have two clutch adjustments on the shee one being at the clutch perch and the other is the free play at the ball, rod and clutch arm assembly you have to pull clutch side cover to make this adjustment.I suggest you get a clymers manuel if you tear into the clutch assembly.It could be that your clutch cable is just stretched out and you need a new one.
