Hmm,

I don't know anything specific of thier motor, other than it surprises me that they are only getting 566ccs... Big bore and stroked I would think something on the order of 600ccs + would be more like it.

If anyone knows, I'd be curious to see/hear about dyno results.

I picked up over the weekend an extra motor. I was looking at building a big bore stroker for the dune's this summer.

It's been a long slow process, but we're almost there... Have you seen pictures of the cylinder and sleeve? HUGE...

I have one on my 1988 Dinasaur . (LT500) It makes great power . I'm still breaking it in and getting the jetting dialed in. It draws the fuel so hard I had to lean up the carb settings, even at idle. I was running an 18 paddle brat and lanching in second gear with no problems.

The only down side is it's like kick starting a bulldozer.

THEBOM - What Carb and size are you running. Did FTZ do the install or does FTZ sell the KIT.

I deal with Larry at FTZ. I just droped the motor off and told them to inpress me. It is a complete FTZ package carb, pipe and all. (tapper bore 39) I'm sure this is a install only. There is to much custom stuff it it.
