Rear differential fluid for Brute Force 750..
I have been searching up and down for te rear differential fluid for my BF750. Ive tried Pep Boys, Tractor Supply, and my local Kawasaki dealer....noone sells it. I even went into the back at the Kaw dealer to see if I could get a soda bottle full for $10 and the tech said he didnt know where they got it and he didnt have enough to spare. I have the different names written down just not in front of me....any ideas?
Thanks!

this is from Nyroc's website:
The rear diff takes a special lubricant called Mobil 424. You should not put anything else in unless you are sure it is a substitute. The dealer sells it in a kawasaki labeled 1qt bottle, and it is really mobil 424.
You can also get it at http://www.sniderpetroleum.com/mobil.html.

I AM really sure it's a substitute, and it works great. The special fluid is for the wet brake system, not the ring & pinion gears; they could care less. The Brute uses the same system that tractors use. (wet brakes) The John Deere HyGard does fine. Beats getting ripped off at the Kawi dealer.

Incredible! I ordered the 2.5 gallon jug of Mobilfluid 424 from MSCDIRECT.COM at about 3:30 on Wed. I received it at 12 noon on Thursday!! Today I got their "Big Book" catalog in the mail that I think contains everything....
"Claudia" at MSC had some of the best customer service skills I have yet to encounter. I am impressed.
